His areas of practice include offshore company formation, maritime employment contracts, sale and purchase of vessels, marine casualties, man overboard incidents, stowaway claims, marine insurances and ship arrest proceedings.

Att. Ahmet Fatih Arabacı has more than six years of experience and focuses on labour law, commercial law, and enforcement and bankruptcy law. He offers comprehensive legal services in both contentious and non-contentious matters related to employment disputes, corporate transactions, and execution proceedings.
